LSC-VIRGO Meeting, Hannover, 22-25 October 2007

During the meeting some rooms have been reserved, both at the Werkhof and at the AEI, for people to be able to sit down and work or discuss together. A list of available rooms is given below. If you need a room for a private meeting please contact the Secretary office.

At the Werkhof:

• Gruppenraum 1 (G1) - available mon, tue, wed morning.
• Gruppenraum 2 (G2) - available mon, tue, wed morning.
• Gruppenraum 3 (G3) - available mon, tue, wed morning.
• Seminarraum 2 (S2) - available mon, tue, wed afternoon, thurs morning.
• Seminarraum 4 (S4) - available mon, tue, wed afternoon, thurs morning.

The G1,G2,G3 rooms are for small meetings, i.e. less than 10 people. S2 has a capacity of 30 people. S4 has a capacity of 40 people.

At AEI:

• Room 1.65, capacity: 20 people
• Room 1.06, capacity: 70 people
